Your donations accomplish things like...

• Provide a reliable water source for campers for years to come with a new water tank
• Finish New Hope Dorm which will give 84 more retreat and summer campers a place to sleep

Your gift will fund improvements like these which create an environment for campers to grow in their relationship with The Lord.

Retreat Guidelines

To ensure the best experience for your group, we ask that all participants and groups observe the following retreat guidelines:

  • No drugs or alcohol are permitted on camp property.
  • No smoking inside any buildings at the camp.
  • No burning candles allowed inside any building. Battery powered candles are permissable.
  • No tape can be used on any surface with the exception of painter’s tape. No holes can be made in the walls with nails, tacks, push pins, etc.
  • No pets allowed on the camp (with the exception of service animals with appropriate paperwork to be presented at the office upon arrival.)
  • An outdoor noise curfew goes into effect at midnight.
  • Do not take tables and chairs outside the buildings.
  • Meals are not to be eaten in the conference rooms of the Tally Retreat Center or the Angels Conference Center. If you book rooms in these facilities you must eat your meals in the dining hall or reserve a dorm with a kitchen in which to eat your meals. (You must pay for the minimum occupancy of the dorm.)
  • The dining hall serving line is only open for thirty minutes so you must be prompt for meals.
  • Fishing is allowed in the lake but you must provide your own gear and have a valid fishing license.
  • A deposit of $20.00/room/night in the hotels and $5.00/person/night in the dorms is required two weeks after a reservation is made to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.
