Nov 28, 9:00am-11:00am - Promotional Box Mailout for Churches: Each fall we create a promo box for children’s and youth ministers to help promote camp. We need your help stuffing these boxes for the mail out!

May 1, 9:00am-11:00am - Camp Store Preparation Day: Before summer camp begins our volunteer task force will meet to organize the store and price items in preparation for June and July. You’re welcome to come enjoy the fellowship and learn more about how the camp store functions to provide income for our camps in Guatemala as well as our camp here at home in Denton.

May 28, 9:00am-11:00am - Pack Backpacks for Summer Staff: We like to greet our summer staff with a back pack full of t-shirts, devotion books and other items they may need for the summer. Join us as we fill orders for t-shirts and pray over the summer staff that will be headed our way.

May 30 - Store Volunteer Orientation: Meet the summer staff that will be working by your side this summer. These young people will be learning how the store works. If you’ll be new to volunteering in the store this summer you’re welcome to come learn by their side.

June 27, 9:00-11:00am - Summer Prep Task Force T-shirts, Lanyards and Bible Study Material Prep. The week before we host a new week of campers, we will prep the supplies for each church.
