Please complete the following information and then click “next” to take the test. If you pass the test, an email will be sent to you with an attachment for the certificate. You will need to print out the certificate and give it to your group leader. If you did not pass, you will need to review the curriculum and retake the test. A 70% is required for passing. Your group leader will bring all of the certificates to Camp Copass on the first day of camp during registration. Thank you!
